We are seeking a real estate lawyer to join the legal team at the HQ of this dynamic business to advise on a wide range of matters. From property acquisitions and disposals, and real estate finance through to landlord and tenant issues. Every day is different and the varied workload reflects this.
This role is suited to an ambitious lawyer who is keen to carve out a career in-house at the coal face of property transactions. It is a fast-paced environment, and you must have a can-do attitude and an ability to deal with a wide range of people. Of course, it is essential that you can demonstrate a solid academic record, have trained in a reputable real estate legal team or firm and have at least 3 years’ PQE.
The successful candidate will be joining a small and busy legal team led by a very experienced City trained real estate lawyer. The legal work is kept in-house as possible so you will be undertaking real legal work and not just managing external counsel. As you find your feet in the role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop and take on additional responsibility including supervising a junior. In the medium to long term this role could offer a path to leadership for the right person.
