As part of a wider banking & finance offering, the firm acts for lenders and borrowers on the financing of real estate transactions, investments and developments.
Lender clients include leading UK retail banks, challenger banks, international banks, private banks and non-bank lenders.
This role would suit a real estate finance partner, or a partner who undertakes real estate finance alongside other banking & finance work, who has strong client relationships in at least one of the main UK retail banks. Other client relationships are also very welcome.
