Establised Fintech team within this mid-tier UK firm is seeking a further FS regulatory partner to join the team. Given the client base that is already in place there is plenty of existing work to be serviced, however the partners would expect any incoming lateral to bring their own network. The work currently covers the full range of regulatory isses covered by corporates, banks, challengers and payment providers and the partners are keen to speak to lawyers who have a strong generalist background in this area. Most likely you will be an existing partner, however strong senior associates, confident in their technical skills and with the beginnings of a business plan will also be considered.
