We are working with a London based international law firm that is seeking to appoint a Construction Disputes Partner to their Directories rated practice.
The department acts for clients in a range of sectors with clients including contractors, employers, developers and governments.
This role is a priority for the firm both for growth, and succession planning reasons. It’s a great opportunity for an established partner looking to help grow, and potentially lead a highly rated team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction disputes in a range of court settings including the High Court and Technology and Construction Court, in addition to resolving disputes through mediation.
Experience of infrastructure disputes and international arbitration would be advantageous.
